When Jamie arrived back at Atiance, she ran straight through the hallways, straight through the crowds, straight through the staring faces. Aknowledging the attention nagged at her thoughts. She wouldn't let them destroy her, so she kept running. She ran to the garden, bursting through the door. She set down Bailey, sure that the pup wanted to explore. As soon as Bailey was on the ground, Jamie ran, loosing herself through the plants. She did not want this curse, this pain. She wished she had never benn born with a true passion...
"Try harder!" he growled. "I am!" Jamie pushed herself further. She had to do this, she needed to be able to control her powers. Little did she know, her powers were already out of her control. An agonized scream tore the silence. Her eyes flew open to see her "master" lying dead on the floor. "What have I done?", she whispered. A tear rolled down her cheek, "I will never harm anyone again!"

Jack sat in the garden, letting his thoughts loose. A butterfly fluttered near him. In an instant, his figure blurred. He had turned himself into a flower. Darn it! I was able to turn into a fly yesterday!, Jack thought to himself. Again his shape blurred as he stretched back into his human form. Footsteps pattered the ground, echoing in his ears. He gasped, not expecting anyone else to be here. In his fear, he returned to the form of a flower. A girl, just about his age ran past, skidding to a halt and collapsing to her knees. She was sobbing. His form shifted as he refered back to his human state so he would not frighten the girl.
JAMIE: As she fell to her knees, Jamie cried, her eyes burning. Her eyes went dark and the rings returned. Crap! Not again!, the thought passed through her mind as though she said it out loud. Tears flooded from her eyes now. Her powers were doing something entirely unknown to herself. In her peripheral vision, she noticed something moving, and then a person moving towards her. "Get away! NOW! If you value your life, or your body how it is functioning now, I suggest you leave!" Jamie shouted, as if commanding him harshly. She meant it tenderly, as if he really mattered the world to her.

JACK: Jack heard the command. He stepped back. "Whats wrong, are you alright?" Feeling more confident, Jack stepped forward. He knelt beside her and set his hand on her quivvering shoulder.
JAMIE: "Leave. Now. I do not wish to kill you." Jamie said. Her eyes were tightly shut. She felt his hand on her shoulder and pulled from it. But when she felt the warmth of his hand, she nearly melted. Her eyes flitted open and she turned her head slightly to see the boy.
JACK: Her eyes were beautiful. They were almost black with silver in them. "What is wrong?", Jack said with a firm voice. He stared into her eyes, searching them for any answer.
JAMIE: "I said leave. I do not want to say it again. Get away from me, I am unstable, I can kill you with one thought. Again, I do not wish for you to die, go. GO!" Jamie said feeling her powers flare inside of herself.

JAMIE: Her powers flared when he refused to leave her side. A tear fell from her eye, not a good sign. Her powers took on a "mind" of their own again. She wanted him to leave, but not that badly. Something in her mind hated him, wanting him to leave. Her hand raised slightly as short silent sobs broke from her. A flower pot floated towards them. "GO! NOW! Can't you see I will only hurt you?!", she hissed tears trickling down her cheeks, burning her eyes. "Thats all I ever do... hurt...", she murmured to herself.
JACK: Jack got to his feet and took a step back. "Haha, you can't hurt me...", Jack chuckled hesitantly. All of a sudden, a flower pot was hurtled towards him. He gasped, but morphed into a boulder in only a second. The pot smashed into him, not physically hurting him.

JAMIE: A gasp escaped her mouth as she looked in shock at the boy. He must be a shapeshifter. Her hand flew to her mouth. As the thought of him being safe seeped into her mind, a little voice inside said, "He's not safe yet!" A second pot flew from behind him and crashed into the back of his head. A smile started to slip across her face, but it snapped itself into a hard scowel abruptly. She "hurt" him. She pushed herself off the ground, trying to get off of her aching knees. "*WHISTLE*, Bailey! Get over here! We're leaving!", Jamie said, her head turned slightly but her eyes narrowed on the boy. As soon as she had finished calling Bailey, she turned back to the boy. She stabbed her finger at him, "If you won't leave, then I will. Next time listen to something when I say it, or it could be worse than a flower pot thrown at your head." Jamie levitated Bailey into her arms, using the raw power from her emotions. She stormed out, her hair wildly blowing behind her.
JACK: Jack felt the back of his head. It was BLEEDING! He did not notice until he felt the warm sticky liquid trickling down his neck...
