Maybe I would rather stab my stomach with a rusty knife than read your mind! You think I want to have this curse? This grotesque curse that ruins my life one person I love at a time? NO! Just leave me be if you really feel that way about me! If you truely despise me like I think you do, oh wait, like YOU think you do, then let me leave! Just stay out of my life, and I'll stay out of yours!" Jamie blew up again. Her eyes returning to their cold darkness and the bruise like rings returning to her eyes...
"Try harder!" he growled. "I am!" Jamie pushed herself further. She had to do this, she needed to be able to control her powers. Little did she know, her powers were already out of her control. An agonized scream tore the silence. Her eyes flew open to see her "master" lying dead on the floor. "What have I done?", she whispered. A tear rolled down her cheek, "I will never harm anyone again!"

Leeah turned around and sprinted away, tears streaming down her face. She honestly had no idea why she was crying; guess it was just because she took everything personally. Leeah took everything in a negative way. The tears poured out faster, drenching her cloths and May's fur. She tripped over her own feet and she tumbled onto the ground. May fell onto the grass, curling up next to Leeah. She whined and pressed her nose to Leeah's face. Leeah wrapped her arm are May and cried into her fur.

Jamie stared at Leeah in shock. Why am I such a horrible person? All I do is hurt, damage, kill..., Jamie always hated herself, but now it was even worse. She stumbled to the crying Leeah, collapsing to her knees. She couldn't bare to look at her, she was in to much pain just knowing that she had hurt Leeah. She stared at her hands resting on her lap. Tears clouded her eyes once more. "I'm so sorry, I-I don't know what came over me. I shouldn't have reacted like that, especially on you Leeah. I apologize for my actions, especially if I hurt you in any way. Could you ever forgive me?", Jamie murmured with tears trickling down her face. Bailey jumped from her lap. She padded over and tossed a glare in Jamie's direction. She lay down next to Leeah and May, nuzzling them as comfort.

Leeah ignored her. She wanted to speak, but the anger was still swelling inside her. She gripped her hand in May's soft and fluffy fur coat. She shivered as a chilled breeze blew across the lush grass. Leeah crawled up onto her knees and wiped the tears from her eyes. Her cheeks were raw from the tears. She picked up May and put her bak under her arm. Then she gathered all of her dropped items and stuffed then back into the bags. Leeah picked them up and turned to Jamie. "I just need some time to think, okay? It isn't a good idea to talk to me when I'm upset or angry. So please, just leave me be for a while. I'm sorry," she said and turned away, running again.

Jamie still sat on her knees. Her eyes were glued to something in the distance to the left. She nodded. She glanced up for only a fleeting moment to see Leeah run again. Jamie couldn't stand this, it hurt to see her go. Bailey whined and tried to follow, but she knew she needed to stay with Jamie, even though she hated to. Jamie scooped her up, along with the food and leash, and walked back to the academy on her own...
